This study of the knowledge management model for wellness spa business entrepreneurs in Upper Northern Thailand was a research and development (R&D) that aimed to find new methods leverage service standards spas by managing fortifying skills add existing provide quality standardized services meet with certain expectations market its customers future. Spa businesses are unique their identities, cultures, style “Lanna” reflects through 5 senses human beings: sight, taste, smell, sound touch, which is able satisfy customers. The created then evaluated under conceptual framework project evaluation inspections evaluations from 6 experts who suggested selected could improve all categories adult learning readiness appropriately own contexts. In order achieve this goal, necessary trainings, seminars, workshops were conducted as tools knowledge.
